Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Go-Trips services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Booking and Payment

Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Full payment is required to confirm bookings
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 48+ hours: Full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during booking
• Arriving on time for scheduled activities
• Following safety instructions and guidelines
• Disclosing any medical conditions or physical limitations

Liability and Insurance

Go-Trips maintains comprehensive liability insurance. However, customers participate in activities at their own risk and are advised to obtain travel insurance.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
